- All Rules and Regulations applicable to Members are applicable to temporary members who are requested to abide by them.
- Dress Code Formal Dining Room –Club Dress Code is effective from 7 pm onwards. The Gentleman are requested to be attired in Jacket Shirt and tie and the ladies should be in suitable attire for the evening. In the case of Children over 12 and under 18 years of age, boys shall wear at least a Tie with tucked-in shirt and long or short trousers and girls shall wear an acceptable mode of dress
- Lily Restaurant -Those who wish to be smart casual could dine in the “”Lilly Restaurant” where the same meals are served. We recommended all guests to have dinner at the Formal Dining Room to experience the ambience and atmosphere of this unique place. If required, Jackets and ties could be borrowed from the Club, free of charge.
- Smoking – As per Government regulations smoking is not permitted in public areas and rooms.

The Hill club, maintains its traditions as a “Members Only Club”
2.Club Members/Accompanied and Unaccompanied are permitted to patronize the Club and “Temporary Members who visit Sri Lanka on a Tourist VISA.

6.Child Policy –Children under the age of 05 years are not permitted within the Hill Club Main building. To accommodate children under the age of 05 years accompanied by their parents could be booked at the Chalet rooms (family rooms). This Chalet Room could accommodate 02 adults, 02 children and an infant. Baby cots are available on request.
7.Mobile Phones – Use of Mobile phones is permitted in rooms and with privacy.
8.Meal times – Breakfast 7.00 am to 9.30 am
Lunch 12 noon to 2.30 pm
Tea 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm
Dinner 7.00 pm to 10.30 pm
Bar Open Time - The Bar will be open from 11 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 11 pm. Bar will be closed on Poya days and Excise Holidays.
9.Gym –A total Gym is available with a treadmill and bicycle to be used by guests, free of charge, at their own risk. No Gym instructor is available.
